菠菜肉丝汤年糕[图]

<br>原料:年糕,猪瘦肉,菠菜一把,酱油,干淀粉,盐,姜丝,味精少许,高汤  <br>    做法:1)年糕切成0.3公分厚的片,菠菜洗净切成段,猪瘦肉切成丝加料酒,干淀粉拌匀上浆.  <br>    2)炒锅置旺火上,熟猪油烧热,姜丝爆香,下肉丝,翻炒片刻后,就可以下菠菜了,加高汤(或清水都可),加年糕片,加盐烧沸,关盖略滚,年糕已软,最后加味精(或鸡精),起锅装碗即可  <br>    此菜特点:色白,糯口,肉鲜,菜嫩,味香。有汤有菜有主食。  <br>贴子相关图片: <br><img src="http://www.sc.xinhuanet.com/content/2005-04/05/xinsrc_1304020517050002737578.jpg" /><a href=[[[SQ]]][[[http://www.58ls.com/read.php?tid=15551]]]></a>
